There are several words that I could not decipher, so I left them as dashes.  Also, some lyrics have question marks, for the same reason. I usually add some extra notes in some of the changes.
In the A4 - C change, I play D-C-B on the B string, and in the C - G change, I play the bass line (E-F#-G on the low E string).
